Simple, transparent guidelines so you know exactly what to expect when working with The MusicBoost.
Project Scope
Services are provided per-project, including mastering, mix consultation, and revisions. Delivered according to your selected service tier. EPs and albums receive tailored pricing before work begins.
Payment
Invoices are sent after project review. Full payment is required before final masters are delivered. Payments become non-refundable once work has officially begun.
Deluxe Services
Upgrade your project with our Deluxe Master, which exclusively includes:
- In-depth mix feedback to ensure the best source material.
- A free preview (available for first-time clients).
- Up to 2 full rounds of revisions.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days, extending to 7–10 business days during busy periods. Turnaround begins once all required files have been received, and expedited options may be available on request.
File Requirements
For the best result, provide WAV or AIFF files at their native sample rate (32-bit float preferred) with 4–6 dB of headroom. Avoid MP3s, clipping, or heavy master bus limiting.
Revisions
Standard Master: Revisions are available for an additional fee.
Deluxe Master: Includes 2 revision rounds. Please submit requests within 7 days of delivery.
File Delivery
Files are delivered digitally. We can provide DDP creation, vinyl premasters, instrumental mixes, or video masters upon request. Additional fees may apply for these extras.
Archiving
We retain project files for up to 12 months, but long-term storage is not guaranteed. Please back up your final files as soon as they are delivered.
Client Responsibility
By submitting material, you confirm you own or have the license for all content. The MusicBoost is not liable for ownership or copyright disputes related to your material.
Performance Disclaimer
We provide professional audio services but cannot guarantee commercial success, playlist placement, streaming numbers, or financial outcomes.
